Create / Update License

Create or update Windows and Android license records. Windows can still generate signed local keys; Android uses the License ID as the activation key.

New customerFill the form, generate a new plan-neutral License ID, then save + generate.

Upgrade existingClick Edit, keep the same License ID, change the plan, then save + generate a new key.

Test cleanupUse Delete only for test/duplicate records. Use Revoke for real customer history.

Paste this key into the Windows KVPH Local app License page. Android activation uses the License ID directly and does not use this signed key box.
